Paul is for sure the guy you are looking for in difficult situations as he has dealt with mine in no time with great result. From first call he was proactive and explained everything in details. Plus he is ready to work out of normal working hours which is ideal in most of situations. I cant recommend him enough and in few words he is professional, polite, educated and just simply a nice gentleman who will put your mind at ease and will get the job done.

I wasn’t aware that I needed a party wall agreement until my neighbour had brought it to my attention. I had Workman starting on my extension which I couldn’t allow to stop working due to tight timeframes we was working to. I then took to google and I found Paul. He was round my property within the hour, notices served and within 48 hours I had my party wall agreement signed served and delivered to both parties. Due to him being so proactive my Workman didn’t need to stop working. The service was brilliant and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

FPWS Are Just The Best. We have a terraced house adjoining a housing association house they have a policy of always sending in their own surveyor from Surrey for any party wall work so we also decided to use them as an agreed surveyor for our loft conversion works too. Well… once employed that company and the housing association messed us around and ignored us for over a year. We a tried to use another surveyor but they just said we cant help you as you've signed with a surveyors already even if they are messing you around. We then found and spoke to Paul Williamson form FPWS giving him the full story, from that point he took it out of our hands. He wrote letters, emailed and phoned the original surveyors, and got them to relinquish us from the signed contract with them stating their unprofessional conduct. As they were still acting on behalf of the housing association he ended...
